Traditionally cold smoked salmon, fully prepared by hand and ready to enjoy. A ‘marriage’ of cure, smoke and time, all by hand and slowly smoked over reclaimed Highland whisky barrel shavings, producing a smooth, long lasting finish. Shelflife: 21 days from dispatch. Will keep in your freezer for up to 3 months.

Cold Smoked, Hand Pin Boned and Ready to Eat. Delicate and delicious. A true delight for any occasion.

Smoked slowly then rested to let all the natural flavours mature. The pellicle ‘(crusty skin’) is carefully removed and each fillet hand pin-boned with fish tweezers to remove the bones. Each slice is hand-carved individually lengthwise into long paper thin slices, prior to packing.

Shelf live: 21 days from dispatch. Smoked tout will fresh in your freezer for up to 3 months.
